The Advantage Solution (TAS) The New England Publishers Association is offering The Advantage Solution (TAS) to colleges and universities interested in creating a publishing program. TAS is a no risk, no cost solution for schools to developing new educational programs. With no financial investment required, the publishing program can be implemented immediately. TAS Benefits How does TAS work for you? We create the seminar that you make as an offering in your course directory and brochures. Your revenue comes from a split of the registration of the seminar. There is no financial investment. The Publishing Program N.E.P.A. provides a two evening or one full day seminar (or both) that teaches students the business and life cycle of publishing.
