Glenn K. Sato was born (1952) in Hawaii; graduated (1975) from the University of Hawaii with a degree in accounting; admitted (1974) to Beta Gamma Sigma for excellence in business studies; graduated (1977) from the University of California (Hastings College of Law); and licensed (1978) to practice law in Hawaii. After law school, Glenn joined (1978-1980) Fujiyama, Duffy & Fujiyama; had a one person law firm (1980-1983), worked (1983) for International Savings & Loan; and rejoined (1983-1995) Fujiyama, Duffy & Fujiyama; and formed (1995) Sato & Thomas. Glenn is listed in: Who's Who In American Law; Who's Who In America; and Who's Who In The World.

• Represented retail tenant in a shopping center where landlord violated tenant's parking rights. A judgment was obtained against the landlord requiring the landlord tear down a newly constructed building in the parking lot.
  
  
• Represented a retail tenant in a shopping center where landlord violated tenant's right to sell certain products. A judgment was obtained to require landlord to allow tenant to sell such products.
  
  
• Represented Realtor defending realtor against claims made by Realtor's sale agent. A defense judgment was obtained in favor of the Realtor.
  
  
• Represented a major insurance company where an agent improperly issued an insurance policy. A judgment was obtained against the agent for millions of dollars.
  
  
• Represented a major automobile manufacturer where a driver suffered brain damage in an automobile accident. A defense verdict was obtained in favor of the automobile manufacturer.
  
  
• Represented a major chemical manufacturer involved in a chemical contamination of food products. Settlements were entered into for tens of millions of dollars.
  
  
• Represented a major product manufacturer in a tens of millions of dollars claim that the manufacterer's product failed. A defense verdict was obtained in favor of the product manufacturer after a six month trial.
  
  
• Represented a major professional firm in a tens of millions of dollars claim made by a client. A defense verdict was obtained inn favor of the of the firm after a six month trial.

• Represented a partner in a claim to purchase another partner's interest in the partnership. A settlement was obtained to allow the purchase of the interest for hundreds of millions of dollars.
  
  
• Represented a property owner in a claim made by a management company for millions of dollars. Obtained an arbitration award in favor of the property owner.
  
  
• Represented a purchaser of land in a claim for fraud and negligence against the sellers and the purchaser's attorney. A settlement was obtained for millions of dollars.
